Authorize the Bureau of Historic Sites to retroactively budget and expend funds from a Settlement Agreement between Groton Wind LLC and Counsel to the Public, approved by the NH Site Evaluation Committee in Docket No. 2010-01 the amount of $150,000. (Originally approved by G&C on 3-23-16, item #41). Effective July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017. 100% Agency Income. Fiscal Committee approved.
