Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation to enter into a Non-Disturbance Agreement with the Mount Washington Summit Road Company d/b/a Mount Washington Auto Road and its mortgagee, the Service Credit Union, to affirm that the State and the Auto Road shall maintain a lease agreement that permits the Auto Road to lease and operate the summit parking areas owned by the State and permits the State year-round passage on the Auto Road’s road to the summit. The NDA enables the Auto Road to secure long-term financing for its capital investments and improvements. The term of the agreement is approximately 17 years, beginning upon G&C approval through August 2, 2033. No State Funding Required.
