Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Xerox State Healthcare LLC, Atlanta, GA (originally approved by G&C on 12-7-05, Late Item C), to develop and operate the State’s Medicaid Management Information System, by increasing the price by $1,464,250 from $146,203,083 to a new amount not to exceed $147,667,333. Effective upon G&C approval through March 31, 2018. 75% Federal, 25% General Funds.
