Authorize to amend an agreement with Plymouth State University, Plymouth, NH, for an educational tuition partnership that will continue to provide educational opportunities in the field of social work to qualified current and future employees of the Division for Children, Youth and Families, by increasing the price by $150,386 from $199,521 to $349,907 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2016 to June 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
