Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with Plymouth State University, Plymouth, NH, for improving the use of excessive heat notification from the National Weather Service and for building capacity for assessing the impact of extreme precipitation events on water supplies, in an amount not to exceed $71,097. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
