Authorize to enter into an agreement with Merrimack County Visitation Center, Boscawen, NH, for the provision of access and visitation services for parents with a minor child in an amount not to exceed $30,000. Effective October 1, 2014 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through September 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
