Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with GDS Associates Inc., Marietta, GA and Manchester, NH, for developing model solar photovoltaic permitting and zoning, a guide to PV utility interconnection and related educational resources for the US Department of Energy’s Rooftop Solar Challenge II to reduce soft costs associated with residential solar PV installations, in an amount not to exceed $40,000. Effective September 17, 2014 through February 27, 2015. 100% Other Funds (Clean Energy States Alliance).
