Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to enter into a retroactive memorandum of agreement with the NH Fish and Game Department for the purpose of providing Off Highway Recreational Vehicle Enforcement Patrols. (2)Further authorize to accept and expend payments not to exceed $2,720 to be made by NH Fish and Game Department. Effective July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. 100% Transfers from Other Agencies.
