Authorize the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation to enter into a sole source retroactive lease amendment to the existing lease with The Maestro Fund III-Bel Canto LLC, Portsmouth, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 5-5-04, item #56A), for continued occupation by the Manchester Vocational Rehabilitation Office, by increasing the price in the amount of $82,824 to $699,999.24 from $617,175.24, and by extending the term from September 15, 2014 to September 14, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
