Authorize to enter into a service agreement with the Institute of Police Technology Management, of the University of North Florida, to provide instruction to law enforcement officers on field training and crash scene reconstruction, in the amount of $42,500, to be held at the Arthur D. Kehas Law Enforcement Training Facility and Campus. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Penalty Assessment Fund.
