Description

Authorize to enter into a service agreement with Crawford Polygraph Services, Center Harbor, NH, to provide instruction to law enforcement officers on how best to conduct courses on effective interview and interrogation techniques, in the amount of $7,000, to be held at the Arthur D. Kehas Law Enforcement Training Facility and Campus. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Penalty Assessment Fund.
