Authorize the Division of State Police to enter into a contract with National Medical Services Inc., d/b/a NMS Laboratories – New England Toxicology Services for the provision of DNA identification services for the State Police Cold Case Unit, in an amount not to exceed $42,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 100% General Funds.
