Authorize to make transfers from the Salary Adjustment Fund to agency permanent personnel service accounts after approval by the Director of the Division of Personnel during the period of September 3, 2014 to July 24, 2015 for transfers related to fiscal year 2015 and to report transfers made as soon as practical after each quarter or the year end closing date. (2)Further authorize to make transfers from the Benefit Adjustment Fund to agency benefit accounts during the period of September 3, 2014 to July 24, 2015 for transfers related to fiscal year 2015 and to report transfers made as soon as practical after each quarter or the year end closing date.
