Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment the State’s contract with Argyle Associates Inc., d/b/a NH Print & Mail Services, formally NH Mailing Services Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9-14-11, item #19), for presort flat mailing services, by extending the end date from September 30, 2014 to December 31, 2015, with a corresponding increase in the contract price limitation by $49,005 from $117,612 to $166,617. Effective October 1, 2014 through December 31, 2015. 100% Agency Income.
