Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Upper Valley Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission, Lebanon, NH, as part of the Targeted Block Grant Program for planning assistance and training to municipalities on local, municipal and regional planning issues, in the amount of $10,808. Effective July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. 100% General Funds.
