Authorize to enter into a contract with Lakes Region Environmental Contractors Inc., Belmont, NH, for the purpose of removing two underground storage tanks at the State Military Reservation, in the amount of $13,350. (2)Further authorize a $4,000 contingency for the purpose of tank content disposal and transportation. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2014. 100% Capital – General Funds.
