Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source Cooperative Project agreement with the University of NH Institute for Health Policy and Practice, Durham, NH, to provide semi-annual updates to the NH Hospital Scorecard, claims reporting, and to provide facilitation services to the member of the NH Purchasers Group on Health, in the amount not to exceed $33,000. Effective July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. Approximately 57% General, 16% Federal, 15% Enterprise, 12% Other (Highway, Turnpike) Funds.
