Description
Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to exercise a Lease Extension with the US Postal Service, Denver, CO, (originally approved by G&C on 11-19-08, item #42), to provide courtroom and office space for the Littleton 2nd Circuit Courthouse comprised of approximately 4,812 square feet located in the Littleton Main Post Office, in the amount of $164,087.05 from $146,568 to $310,655.05. Effective July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2017. 100% Transfer Funds – transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies.
