Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Revenue Solutions Incorporated, Pembroke, MA, to create the data transmission gateway between the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Revenue Administration as part of the implementation of a Modernized electronic-File for tax practitioners associated with the Interest and Dividends tax, in an amount not to exceed $165,000.
