Authorize to enter into a contract with Androscoggin Valley Hospital Inc., Berlin, NH, to provide Inpatient & Outpatient Hospital/Medical Services for the Northern NH area for the NH Department of Corrections, in the amount of $1,198,000. Effective July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2016, with the option to renew for one additional period of up to 2 years. 100% General Funds.
