Authorize to amend a sole source agreement with Keystone Peer Review Organization Inc., Harrisburg, PA (originally approved by G&C on 6-5-13, item #88), to provide benefits management, including but not limited to prior authorization, service limit override, and other Medicaid benefits determination services for NH’s Medicaid Fee for Services Program, by increasing the price by $355,652.84 from $611,175.06 to $966,827.90. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2016. 50% Federal, 50% General Funds / Sole Source 75% Federal, 25% General Funds.
