Description
Authorize to amend a sole source agreement with Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11-20-13, item #36), to provide State Grant In Aid Program, Homeless Housing Access Loan Fund Program and Homeless Outreach Intervention Program, and Housing Security Guarantee Program services in order to meet legally guaranteed security deposit defaults that exceed the current contract encumbrance, by increasing the amount by $200,000 from $546,928 to $746,928. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% General Funds.
