Authorize to amend an agreement with Child and Family Services Inc., Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 2-28-14, item #33), to provide juvenile court prevention and intervention services to youth up to age 18 in the Concord, Manchester and Rochester area, by adjusting certain budget line items for State Fiscal Year 2014 and 2015 in order for the vendor to meet specific needs. 100% Federal Funds.
