Authorize to amend a sole source agreement with Interactive Voice Applications Inc., Dallas, TX, (originally approved by G&C on 1-15-14, item #38-A), to add the provision of Random Moment Sample Training to the Technical Assistance for Administrative Cost Claiming of Federal Programs, by increasing the price by $17,500 from $141,584 to $159,084. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2014. 100% General Funds.
