Authorize to enter into an agreement with Plymouth State University of the University System of NH, Plymouth, NH, for educational tuition partnership that will provide educational opportunities in the field of social work to qualified current and future employees, in an amount not to exceed $199,521. Effective July 1, 2014 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
