Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with Welligent Inc., Norfolk, VA, to provide continued administration, hosting, support and maintenance of the NH AURIS system, a web-based application used to track maternal and child health data collected in the State of NH, in an amount not to exceed $202,268. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 90% Federal, 10% Other Funds.
