Description
Authorize to amend a sole source agreement with the Brain Injury Association of NH, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-13, item #126), to support initiatives that increase the capacity to serve persons with brain injuries in the community, by increasing the price by $30,000 from $817,800 to an amount not to exceed $847,800. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 52% General, 48% Federal Funds.
