Authorize to amend a sole source agreement with Harbor Homes Inc., Nashua, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-13, item #109), to provide housing services for persons with mental illness who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, by increasing the price by $617,040 from $2,385,760 to $3,002,800.
