Description
Authorize to enter into agreements with the vendors as detailed in letter dated May 12, 2014, to provide peer support services, in an amount not to exceed $2,759,480 in the aggregate. Effective July 1, 2014 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2015. (2)Further authorize advance payment up to a maximum of one-twelfth the contract price. 45% General, 55% Federal Funds.
