Description
Authorize to exercise a renewal option by amending an agreement with the University of NH, Durham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7-10-13, item #56), to provide Technical Assistance Services to develop and implement the expansion of the Options Counseling Program under the Aging and Disability Resource Centers, by increasing the price by $288,674 from $335,335 to an amount not to exceed $624,009, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2014 to June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
