Authorize to enter into agreements with multiple vendors as detailed in letter dated May 22, 2014, to provide nutrition and transportation services to support the elderly and the disabled to remain in their homes and community in an amount not to exceed $9,984,063.25 in the aggregate. Effective July 1, 2014 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2015. 60% Federal, 40% General Funds.
