Authorize to amend a sole source agreement with Southern NH Planning Commission, (originally approved by G&C on 8-22-12, item #59), to complete the Upgrade of Community Hazard Mitigation Plans project by changing the Contract Price and Method of Payment to reflect revisions to method of payment for a task group.
