Authorize to amend a sole source contract with the Business Finance Authority, Concord, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 9-28-11, item #85), to assist the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan program in underwriting services for privately owned public water system, by increasing the amount by $90,000 from $75,000 to $165,000, and by extending the end date to June 30, 2017 from June 30, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
