Authorize to amend a contract with Gibson Consulting Group, Austin, TX (originally approved by G&C on 12-4-13, item #71), to annually collect parent involvement surveys from approximately 33,000 parents of students with disabilities and post school outcome surveys from approximately 3,000 special education students one year after they have exited high school, for required reporting in the NH Department of Education, Bureau of Special Education Annual Performance Report, by increasing the FY’15 budget by $26,205 and decreasing the FY’16 budget by $26,205 with the price remaining at $276,981. Effective July 1, 2014 or upon G&C approval whichever is later, through December 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
