Authorize the Division of Higher Education to make a retroactive sole source payment to Campus Compact for NH, Concord, NH, in the amount of $7,869.87 for higher education outreach programs for students seeking postsecondary opportunities provided under an agreement with the former NH Postsecondary Education Commission in SFY 2010. 100% Federal Funds.
