Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with GEM Consulting, Hollis, NH, to provide quality assurances for the i4see data collection system to ensure that the i4see data is complete and accurate, in an amount not to exceed $30,000. Effective July 1, 2014 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2015. (2)Further authorize an option to exercise annual negotiated renewals. 100% Federal Funds.
