Authorize the Division of Administration to encumber funds in support of an open-ended Memorandum of Understanding with the New York Department of Taxation and Finance, for the purpose of facilitating the International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) and providing a basis for the processing of NH’s IFTA tax returns during the transition to a new hosting jurisdiction, the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the amount not to exceed $30,000, increasing the total from $316,770 to $346,770. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2014. 100% Highway Funds.
