Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to enter into a retroactive contract with Innovision Realty Group LLC, Manchester, NH, for the management of properties throughout the state, in the amount of $250,000. (2)Further authorize to provide funds through rents collected to Innovision Realty Group in the amount of $75,000 to fund the maintenance and management checking accounts used in the management of properties located in Regions 2, 3 and 4. Effective June 1, 2014 through June 30, 2018.
