Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to amend a sole source contract with Upper Valley Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission, Lebanon, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 5-15-13, item #95), for coordinated transportation services for elderly persons and persons with disabilities, to increase the amount by $55,899 from $58,332 to $114,231.
