Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.S. Audley Inc., Bow, NH, for replacing the structurally deficient bridge carrying US 4 over both the Mascoma River and the Northern Rail Trail Corridor in Lebanon, on the basis of a low bid of $8,943,584.35. (2)Further authorize $447,179.22 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 24, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
