Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to sell an 0.89 +/- of an acre parcel of State owned land improved with a single-family residence located at 4 Williston Road in the Town of Salem to Caitlin O’Keefe for $342,000 plus a $1,100 Administrative Fee. (2)Further authorize to compensate Prudential Verani Realty (Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Verani Realty) from the proceeds of the sale in the amount of $17.100 for real estate services.
