Authorize the Project Development Division to budget and expend funds in the amount of $6,030,440 from proceeds of previously approved land sales originally purchased using Federal Funds and used on Title 23, US Code-Federal Aid Highways eligible expenditures. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2014. 100% Agency Income – Sale of Land. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on June 9, 2014.
