Authorize to enter into a Memorandum of agreement with the Council on Resources and Development, and the Office of Energy and Planning, Conservation Land Stewardship Program, for the purpose of providing stewardship support for the Torromeo Conservation Parcel. Effective upon G&C approval through May 21, 2024, which may be extended with the mutual consent of all parties.
