Description

Authorize to enter into agreements with the vendors as detailed in letter dated March 24, 2014, to provide Homeless Outreach Intervention Prevention services to homeless individuals and families in an amount not to exceed $333,836. Effective July 1, 2014 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
