Authorize to enter into a retroactive memorandum of understanding with the NH State Liquor Commission, Concord, NH, to provide increasing surveillance and related activities for youth access to and use of tobacco products, in an amount not to exceed $50,000 for SFY 2014 and $50,000 for SFY 2015.
