Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Deerfield to purchase and install a base radio and antenna system for the community’s shelter located at the Deerfield Community School and to purchase computer aided dispatch software for emergency management computers for a total amount of $9,441. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
