Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with American Excavating Corp, Derry, NH, for intersection improvements on NH 28 at Kilrea Road in the Town of Derry, on the basis of a low bid of $1,135,314.54. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $79,472.02 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 28, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
