Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Brox Industries Inc., Dracut, MA, for roadway resurfacing on approximately 0.5 miles of NH 125 in Epping, on the basis of a low bid of $944,825. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $47,241.25 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 26, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
