Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Kelmar Associates LLC, Wakefield, MA, for implementation and ongoing support and maintenance for the conversion to and technical administration of the KAPS hosted “software as a service” operating system, supporting abandoned property operations, in the amount of $550,000. Effective August 25, 2014 through August 24, 2019, with the option to renew for one addition period of five years. 100% Other Funds.
