Authorize to exercise a renewal option with Network Medical Review Company Limited, Rockford, IL (originally approved by G&C on 8-19-09, item #120), to provide independent clinical review services for the Medicaid medical services and pharmacy program, by increasing the price limitation by $13,650 from $27,815 to $41,465, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2014 through June 30, 2016. 50% General, 50% Federal Funds.
